The Hollow I Came From™ | Printable Appalachian Cookbook

Bring a taste of the mountains to your kitchen with The Hollow I Came From™, a printable collection of 40 Appalachian mountain recipes and the stories behind them.

More than a cookbook, this complete edition invites you to slow down, gather around the table and explore a way of living close to the land and to each other. Choose a recipe, make something to share and let the stories become part of the meal.

Every cookbook purchase also includes The Recipes I Leave Behind™, a bonus printable keepsake with 40 recipe pages to record your family’s favorite dishes and the stories behind them. Preserve the meals, memories and traditions you want to pass down, one recipe at a time.
