Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Treeline Ridge Creations. Every product we sell is a digital download, delivered to you right after purchase. No physical item will be shipped.

All sales are final
Because digital files can't be returned once downloaded, we don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or not reading the product description. Please review the description, page count and preview images before you buy. Questions before you order are always welcome.

When we will make it right
We will gladly help, with a replacement file or a full refund, if:

Your file is damaged, won't open, or is missing pages, and we can't fix it within 3 business days of your report.
You were charged twice for the same product.
You didn't receive your download link and we can't resend a working one.
You bought a single title and then bought a bundle that includes it within 14 days. We'll refund the single title.

How to ask for help
Email Treelineridge@outlook.com within [30] days of purchase with your order number and a short note about the problem. A screenshot helps. We reply within 2 business days.

Before you write, try these quick fixes:

Open the files on a computer rather than a phone.
Use the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to type in the fillable PDF.
Check your spam or promotions folder for the download email.

Approved refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within [5–10] business days, depending on your bank.

License
A refund ends your license to use the product. Please delete any copies you've downloaded or printed.
