1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Treeline Ridge Creations online store and everything offered through it. The store is operated by Treeline Ridge Creations LLC ("Treeline Ridge," "we," "us," or "our").

By visiting the site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced in them, including our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We offer digital guides and resources (printable and fillable PDFs, workbooks, planners, journals, coloring books, patterns, and game and party kits) as well as select services. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that lets us sell to you.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from this store. If you are under that age, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your account login private and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate, current information, including a valid email address, since that is where digital downloads and order updates are sent.

We may refuse service, cancel orders, or close accounts at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, resale of our products, or a breach of these Terms.

3. Digital products and license

When you buy a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. You do not buy the copyright or any ownership of the content.

You may:

• Download, print, and fill in the product for your own personal use or your own household
• Print as many copies as you need for that personal use
• Use a game or party kit at events you host, with your guests
• Make finished items for yourself or as gifts from our sewing and quilt patterns

You may not:

• Resell, share, upload, email, or give away the files, in whole or in part
• Post the files to file-sharing sites, shared drives, social media, or online groups
• Sell printed copies or include our content in your own products, courses, or programs
• Remove or alter our copyright notices, trademarks, or branding
• Use the content to train, prompt, or build artificial intelligence tools or datasets

Business, group, and classroom use. Use by a business, school, church, nonprofit, care facility, coach, or facilitator with groups requires a separate commercial or group license. Contact us before using any product this way.

We may end your license if you break these terms. Each purchase covers one buyer; anyone else who wants to use a product should buy their own copy.

4. Services

Services are scheduled and confirmed individually. Any service-specific quote, booking confirmation, or agreement we give you applies alongside these Terms and controls if the two conflict.

• Digital guides. Our digital guides and resources, including workbooks, planners, journals, coloring books, patterns, and game and party kits, are delivered as downloadable files and are covered by the license in Section 3. If we create a custom digital guide for you, the scope, price, and timeline will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Custom guides are generally non-refundable once work begins.
• Travel planning. We help plan and book travel with third-party suppliers such as cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and tour operators. Those suppliers' own terms, prices, and cancellation rules apply. We are not responsible for their acts, delays, changes, or failures. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
• Sewing and crafts. Custom and handmade items are made to order. Small variations in color, fabric, and finish are normal. Timelines are estimates. Because custom work is made for you, it is generally non-refundable once work begins, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Online sales. Items sold through outside marketplaces, such as eBay, are covered by that marketplace's terms and policies.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Deposits or fees for missed appointments may be kept as stated in your booking.

5. Orders, pricing, payment, and delivery

Pricing. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. We try to keep descriptions and prices accurate. If we find an error, we may correct it and cancel or adjust any affected order, including after it has been placed.

Payment. Payment is due at checkout and is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not see or store your full card details. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout.

Digital delivery. Download links are provided on the order confirmation page and by email after payment clears. Download links may expire or be limited in number, so please save your files promptly. If you do not receive your files within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Your equipment. You are responsible for having a compatible device, a PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader for fillable forms), and a printer. Printed colors, paper, and sizing may differ from what you see on screen.

Refunds. Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, digital sales are generally final except as that policy states.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our products belongs to Treeline Ridge Creations LLC or its licensors. That includes text, stories, prompts, worksheets, illustrations, designs, patterns, recipes as written, layouts, logos, and photos. It is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law.

Treeline Ridge Creations, our logos, and our product and series names marked with ™ are trademarks of Treeline Ridge Creations LLC. You may not use them without our written permission.

If you believe something on our site infringes your rights, contact us with a description of the work and where it appears, and we will review it promptly.

7. Content disclaimers

Our guides and resources are for personal growth, education, planning, and enjoyment. They are not a substitute for professional advice.

• Self-help, grief, leadership, and well-being guides. These are not therapy, counseling, medical, or mental health treatment. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis in the U.S., call or text 988, or call 911 in an emergency.
• Planners and organizers. Our end-of-life, final wishes, important papers, and emergency planners help you organize information. They are not legal documents and do not replace a will, trust, power of attorney, advance directive, or advice from an attorney or financial professional. Store completed planners securely, since they may hold sensitive personal information.
• Leadership and workplace toolkits. These offer general guidance. They are not legal, HR, or employment advice, and they do not replace your organization's own policies.
• Recipes and party kits. Check every ingredient for allergies and dietary needs, and follow safe food handling. Drinks containing alcohol are for adults of legal drinking age only. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.
• Games and activities. Use judgment about the ages, abilities, and comfort of everyone taking part.
• Sewing and quilt patterns. Follow your equipment manufacturer's safety guidance. Results depend on your skill, tools, and materials.

Stories and vignettes in our products are original works. Unless stated otherwise, names and details are fictional or used with permission.

8. Reviews, acceptable use, and third-party links

Reviews and submissions. If you post a review, photo, comment, or idea, you confirm it is your own, honest, and lawful. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive right to use, display, and share it in connection with our store and marketing. We may remove any submission at our discretion. We do not pay for reviews or post reviews we did not receive.

Acceptable use. You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to violate anyone's rights
• Upload viruses or malicious code, or interfere with the site's security or operation
• Scrape, copy, or collect content or data from the site by automated means
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate others, or submit false information

Third-party links and tools. Our site may link to or use outside websites, apps, and services, including Shopify, payment processors, and travel suppliers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and under their terms.

9. Warranties, liability, and indemnification

No warranties. The site, products, and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise any particular personal, professional, financial, or health outcome from using our products.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Treeline Ridge Creations LLC and its owners, members, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service that gave rise to the claim.

Some places do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification. You agree to defend and hold harmless Treeline Ridge Creations LLC and its owners, members, and contractors from claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Governing law, changes, and contact

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Union County, Georgia. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

Changes. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. Changes apply to purchases made after they are posted. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
